Warranty Policy
Barji Pty Ltd prides itself in offering industry-leading products and services. From time to time, issues may arise and when this occurs, Barji Pty Ltd offers a limited warranty on its products and services. Warranty on new parts and products is limited to manufacturer's specified time frames from the date of purchase. Labour is warranted for 12 months.
Warranty claims should be requested within 30 days of sale or sooner if possible. The customer must under all circumstances provide Barji Pty Ltd the first right of refusal to make good, replace or repair where possible the effected parts or services provided.
Warranty is immediately void without notice if products or service provided has been altered or modified in any way or repairs attempted without prior written approval from Barji Pty Ltd by the customer or other party. Warranty is void if products are deemed incorrectly installed or maintained.

Items must be purchased from barjimarine.com.au or an authorised reseller.
If you purchased your product at one of the above-mentioned locations, the product is automatically registered for our two-year limited warranty Our warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from online vendors unauthorised to sell Barji Marine products.
The warranty policy is only applicable to products with defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Damages caused by operating the product outside its intended use are not covered by the warranty.
Damage to components caused by corrosion are NOT covered by our warranty, corrosion is preventable with proper installation and maintenance.
If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, Barji Marine, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product comparable utility. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or sixty (60) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No compensation will be allowed for products not returned to Barji Marine for analysis
No compensation will be made for labour required to remove, uninstall, repair, troubleshoot, or re-install or any other on-site work by the customer or customer’s installer.
No warranty replacements will not be shipped until failed merchandise is received and evaluated / bench tested. Upon bench testing if returned products are found to be in working order the used parts will be discarded or returned to the customer at the customer’s freight expense.
